SHIPPING COSTS

Normally the wine is packed with care and shipped in 1-2 working days and delivered by the Courier in 2-3 working days (for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia is needed one more day). If not expressly requested, we avoid shipping on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid the wine being deposited in the courier’s deposits.

There are no shipments outside the eurozone. he countries included are: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the Vatican.

Shipping is always free throughout Italy and at fixed rate of 20€ for the other destinations.

SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be delivered to you in 3/4 working days (for Italy) from the time of receipt of the payment to the delivery address specified during the purchase phase. The delivery will be made during the business hours, only on working days: We suggest you to enter a delivery address where there is someone who can collect the goods.

REFUNDED AT 100%

In case of breakage of a bottle, we send it back to you at our expense, except for different agreements between the parties.
