“Tsati” in patois means Castle. The vineyard got its name from the next Castle Passerin d’Entrèves of Saint Christophe, whose family, the last noble people of Valle d’Aosta, entrusted us of its cure and upkeep.
Since a few decades we cultivate in its rows our best Gamay, a red wine that found in Aosta Valley many assayer.
In its 12.500 square metres find place many plants of Pinot Noir, too.
This vineyard is a small peace of Burgundy.
